Johnson and others watch a wreath fall from the Claiborne Bridge into the Industrial Canal for the 6th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and the man-made disaster of the federal levee failures that followed in the Lower 9th ward in New Orleans Monday, August 29, 2011. Over 1500 people died near this Industrial Canal levee breach in 2005. Johnson said the wreath broke just like the levees broke at 9:48 am six years ago."
